- Clean the celery, peel and cut into evenly sized pieces.
- In a saucepan, cover with lightly salted water and cook until tender. Remove and drain well.
- Peel and finely dice the onions.
- Cut the cooled celery into cubes (approx. 1×1 cm).
- Mix celery with apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar and diced onion.
- Leave for about 30 minutes and then enjoy!
